The 1st Birthday Madness has STARTED...
This is 1 of 3 cakes (really 1 of 2 since the other cake is actually cupcakes)and other... other cake is the cake that Emma will eat.

Busy weekend... 1 year pictures, wedding and stock show
It was a busy weekend... Friday we took Emma's pictures at Knights with her eating cake (she loved it!!), than my cousin Rachel was kind enough to watch her while I made bouquets for a friends wedding (attached are some pictures)and finished things up on Saturday for the wedding. I think they turned out pretty well!! I am just glad its over... it is alot harder to do these type of things when you have a baby and job. I would really love to be able to do flower stuff full time but just not the right time for me but it you hear of anyone wanting to hire florist please let me know! Lynnsey just ordered flowers from Costco and I made ALL the arrangements.
Sunday we took Emma to the FW Stock Show and Tarleton Alumni Reception. She loved all the animals and people!
Another two BIG weekends ahead of us... my birthday Saturday and Emma's the following and rodeo. Lots of fun with my family to come!

Stock Show with GG... and Uncle Bo Bo's Birthday!
Bo's Birthday...
She had a blast at the stock show with gg. She waved at everything!! This is a picture of her on the horse but wouldn't leave the pink cowboy hat on... stinker!!

Lots of work to come...
The next couple of weeks are going to be crazy with all my family birthdays... weddings and not to mention the very most important Birthday, EMMA"S 1st BIRTHDAY!!
This is a sneak peek of what the invites look like...
Have I mentioned what fun it is to have a little girl!! SHe is the BEST!! I have also been doing a little practice with trying to perfect the monkey cake (this is a picture of my last attempt but it isn't the best because I didn't have the correct colors so I just used leftover icing from Christmas. I figure it is just practice so use what I got and save the big purchases for the BIG DAY!!
